Donations

We Always Accept:

Shelf stable food, manual can openers, hygiene items, menstrual supplies, disaster readiness supplies, radios, flashlights, kids toys, diapers, formula, children's clothes, adult clothes (especially interview clothing), art supplies of any kind, blankets, tents, hangers, laundry detergent, bottled water

Current Donation Requests:

Toothpaste, baby wipes, tampons, ziploc bags, oil paint (used or new), paintbrushes, small canvases, raffle ticket rolls, baskets, raffle items

Foldable tables and a handheld clothes steamer are our top requests at the moment.

Where your donations will go...

Food pantries, organized distributions for homeless folks, direct assistance for families with low income, people in need of job interview clothing, period pantries, disaster readiness workshops, resource fairs, mutual aid organizations across Western North Carolina, our pay-what-you-can art classes where 100% of proceeds go directly back into CCG's mission. 

To coordinate a donation drop off or pick up...

Please contact us via email at carolinacommonground@gmail.com and we will find a time and location. Pick ups can be coordinated in most counties between Madison and Mecklenburg. Donation drop off sites are in Buncombe County, Catawba County, and Mecklenburg County.
